When using Safari in macOS we will have the opportunity to download websites in a format called web file and in this way when any web page is saved as this type of file in macOS, all the text of the web page, the content of the article, the images, style sheets and other web content will be saved in that web file. That file can be opened locally on the Mac computer even if we are not online which allows its availability at all times.
